And you dread the next playdate, the next family dinner, the next doctor's appointment, and every grocery store trip where someone might say something.
Both of those can be true at the same time.
It doesn't make you a bad mom. It doesn't mean you've failed at breastfeeding. It means you're exhausted from carrying something the people around you don't see — or, when they do see it, don't know how to hold.
